4. Special Orders
Special-order products, vehicle-specific parts, specially ordered tires, and products ordered specifically for a customer are non-refundable and final sale unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Deposits may be required before special-order products are purchased from a supplier. Once an order has been placed with a supplier, the deposit may become non-refundable.
Customers should confirm all specifications and compatibility details before authorizing a special order.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These restrictions may apply to specific automotive parts, electrical components, clearance items, special-order products, and other items identified by All in One.
Customers are responsible for reviewing any applicable return restrictions before completing their purchase.
6. Installed, Used, or Damaged Products
Products that have been installed, mounted, used, modified, damaged, or improperly handled are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise approved in writing by All in One or required under applicable law.
Tires that have been mounted, installed, or driven on are generally non-returnable, except where a return or claim is approved under an applicable manufacturer warranty or where required by law.
7. Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Orders
Customers should contact All in One as soon as possible if an order is received incorrectly, arrives damaged, or appears to be defective.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs, order details, part numbers, and other supporting information to help assess the issue.
Returns, replacements, or refunds for incorrect, defective, or damaged products are subject to verification and, where applicable, supplier or manufacturer approval. Any applicable rights under consumer protection laws remain unaffected by this policy.
8. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after a return has been approved and the returned product has been received and inspected, where applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible. Applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping or other charges may be deducted as described in this policy.
The time required for a refund to appear in a customer’s account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
9. Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties, where available, are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, inspection requirements, and approval process.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing or required by applicable law, warranty coverage does not include labour, installation, removal, towing, vehicle downtime, or other related expenses.
10. Contact Us
For return eligibility, return authorization, or refund inquiries, please contact All in One before returning any product.
Please provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue so that we can review your request.
11. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with All in One, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood this Return & Refund Policy, including the restrictions on used parts, special orders, non-returnable items, and the 25% restocking fee applicable to approved returns.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
